Return Policy

All customers will have three (3) business days from receipt of any product from PMG Refiners to inspect the product. A customer dissatisfied with the product for any reason may return the product to PMG Refiners within the three (3) day period by first contacting our office at 800-645-7227 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Each item must be individually wrapped or bagged to prevent damage. A copy of the original invoice must be included, and the RA# must be duly noted on the outside of the package. Any item returned without a valid RA# shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee, so make sure to contact our office first to obtain your RA# before you ship the product. All customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance.
