Shipping Instructions

  1. Sign up for a PMG Refiners' Client Account using your email address and creating a unique password.
  2. Complete Shipping Invoice on your computer and print it. Double-box your material and place the shipping invoice inside your package. Do not include any jewelry-related terms on the outside of the box.

    Reminder

    Insure your package for the proper amount located in your Insurance Calculator on the Shipping Invoice and obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier for tracking purposes.

  3. Choose a carrier of your choice from below:

    1. Register at usps.com for Click & Ship to conveniently print a label from your computer.
    2. Schedule a pickup for next-day at usps.com or drop off at your local United States Postal Office.

      3. Important

      When sending a package through USPS online, you may not add the registered mail option.

    In Store Instructions

    1. Drop-off at your local United States Postal Service branch. Please search your nearest location at usps.com.

      2. Important

      For highest level of security, add the registered mail option to your shipping method of choice.

  5. Call, fax, or email us your package tracking number to ensure a safe delivery. Don’t worry: we will track your package the entire way! You can also track your package on your shipping carrier’s website.
